More Details & Pictures

1946 Jeep Willy’s CJ-2A   GM V-6  Vortec 4.3L engine   3 speed manual tranny with Warn OD   custom aluminium radiator   Wilwood power disk brakes all around    Flaming River Chrome adjustable tilt steering column  w power steering and Grant Sport steering wheel   General Grabber 31×10.5×15 tires  custom gas tank installed under rear of vehicle for added safety (rather than under driver’s seat)    all gauges work properly    all lights work   After 20 years of faithful service to my family the Jeep was finally freshened up  approximately 4 months ago at C&H Garage in Orlando Fl where  mainly the tranny was completely rebuilt new   new clutch   new brakes  new steering pump and other small odds and ends….to the tune of almost $4600 receipts available.  3 year old non-reflective camo green and black paint job on original solid steel body so please don’t expect perfection here after 75 years.  Steel floors patched before I purchased vehicle over 20 years ago. This Jeep has been treated responsibly  always garaged and hardly used off road. Strong runner…especially now..!!

Come test drive this little rocket and feel the smoothest driving “flatfender” ever, especially when you engage the OD.!! Take it and make it your own with a custom top of your choosing which are readily available on line, as well as all possible parts you might want to add or change as you wish.

This is the ultimate “fun in the sun” vehicle, the first CJ (Civilian Jeep), the Grampa of all Jeeps…. and it commands respect among Jeepers.!
